No this is not recommended. Their relationship is with your team.
However we will assist your team to understand all queries fully so they can confidently communicate to your clients.
In very unusual circumstances we will contribute to a conference call with you and the client.

When we are audited, will you be available?
Of course. Firstly, our processes are designed to resolve all issues and prevent auditor queries. If anything unusual has occurred, we make detailed notes for your auditor and the authority body in your state.
