I got stuck with an issue, and Nicole from Trusted Figures stepped in to help me. She called me straight away and, via remote access, quickly and efficiently resolved the problem with ease. Her knowledge and expertise are outstanding, and she is clearly exceptional at what she does.Throughout the entire process, she was very calm, patient, kind, and highly professional. She guided everything smoothly, made no unnecessary changes, and didn’t charge me a cent. That level of honesty and integrity is truly rare and deeply appreciated.
Nicole genuinely went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough for the support she provided. Please do not ever hesitate to reach out to them they are genuinely supportive, reliable, and always willing to help.
We truly appreciate everything you have done for us, and I can promise you that you will be our very first call should we ever need assistance again.
Once again, a huge thank you to Nicole and Troy your support means a great deal, and Nicole in particular made the experience exceptional.

As we knew from the start, this was most likely going to be a temporary placement with Trustd and I can’t tell you how smooth it has been working with you and your team – I felt like you had our backs the whole way through and lets face it, its been a tough year for us!

We all appreciate what you have done for us and I can promise you, you are our first call should we need someone to step in again.

Once again, a huge thankyou to your entire team.

We use Trustd Figures for our PM trust accounting, and I could not be more satisfied with them. Every team member is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and proficient in what they do. They have taken so much stress out of my day-to-day job as a Property Manager. From receipting, to advice on how to operate in compliance, I could not recommend them more. They are always available, email and call back so quickly, and I know I can reach out to them and they will get back as soon as they can. Even though they are based in Victoria, they are also experts in trust accounting and PM legislation in NSW, and the communication has never faltered. They are truly experts in their field and I can honestly say I would be lost without them! Thank you Troy, Nicole, Kellie and Jana (plus the rest of the team). 💕💕

I can highly recommend Nicole, Troy & the team at Trustd Figures, they are truly trust account wizards. I had a little issue today with our rental trust account (due to my own double entry error). Instead of sweating over it, I engaged the help of Nicole and she had resolved my issue in a matter of minutes (despite me wasting time & working on it already for over an hour before I reached out). I was very relieved it was an easy fix for them, so that I could get back to what I do best in my business. If you’re looking for a trust accountant, look no further than Trustd Figures you will be very grateful & less stressed. Kelley Seaton, Director of The Leasing Network.

We encountered a challenging issue with our trust accounting software over the Christmas/New Year period and needed additional specialist support to resolve it. Trustd Figures stepped in and delivered exceptional service.

Nicole worked diligently with us to resolve the issue promptly, while Troy coordinated and kept us updated throughout the process—even while both on leave! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

We are so grateful for their assistance and will definitely continue using their services for any future trust accounting needs. Highly recommend Trustd Figures to anyone seeking reliable and efficient trust accounting support.
